Emma Jarek-Simard is an undergraduate student studying biology at the University of British Columbia’s Vancouver campus. She is particularly interested in biodiversity conservation and animal behaviour. In her career, she seeks to leave a positive impact on the world through working to address issues of species loss that ripple out to affect whole ecosystems, and, ultimately, the entire world in which we live.
