Sabine is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Institute for Resources, Ecosystems, and Sustainability, at the Working to Restore Connectivity and Sustainability Lab. Her research integrates multiple areas of ecology (e.g., landscape ecology, community ecology, functional ecology, canopy ecology) and forestry (e.g., wildlife management, conservation science, landscape restoration, agroecology), and is guided by the intention to understand the direct and cascading effects of land-use change on biodiversity and ecological processes and how to mitigate these pressures.
