Shannon Hagerman is an Associate Professor, and Associate Dean of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies at the Faculty of Forestry. Her research and teaching interests focus on the policy and governance dimensions of novel and innovative approaches for conservation and resource management given climate change. She studies how and why norms of practice change over time, how decisions are made and by whom, and how science and other forms of knowledge are incorporated or not.
