Frederik Noack is an Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair in the Food and Resource Economics Program. His research focuses on the interaction of economic development and the environment. Specifically, he is interested in how improved market access and property rights affect rural welfare and natural resources such as forests, fish stocks, and biodiversity.
